License and Legal Notice

1. Rights holder

1.1.Exclusive rights in the Smart Home Design software, source code, databases, architecture, interface, design, documentation, templates and other materials belong to Mark Igorevich Kats or the respective owners of third-party components.

1.2.This document does not transfer exclusive rights or ownership of the software.

2. Limited right of use

2.1.A user receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the available Smart Home Design functions while the account remains active and subject to the User Agreement, contract or tariff.

2.2.Use is limited to the standard interface, documented APIs and authorized integrations.

3. Prohibited actions

Without prior written permission, a user must not:

• copy, extract, decompile, modify or distribute source code or configuration;
• bypass technical restrictions, authorization, access controls or security;
• create mirrors, derivative services or competing products using substantial elements of Smart Home Design;
• scrape data, create excessive load or use undocumented interfaces;
• remove copyright or legal notices;
• share account access outside the provided roles and invitation mechanisms.

4. User content

4.1.Rights in documents, diagrams, images and other materials uploaded by users remain with their respective owners.

4.2.The user grants the Operator a limited right to technically store, copy, transform, display and transmit such content only as required to operate the Service, create backups, provide support and perform a contract.

4.3.The user warrants that they have the rights and lawful basis to upload the content.

5. Third-party components

5.1.Certain libraries and services are governed by their own licenses. This notice does not restrict rights expressly granted by those licenses.

6. Marks

6.1.The Smart Home Design name, graphics and other identifiers must not be used in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or ownership without written permission.

7. API, MCP and automation

7.1.API, MCP and other programmatic access is provided only within granted permissions, documentation, limits and the purpose of the relevant integration.

7.2.Access keys must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons, limits must not be bypassed and interfaces must not be used to reproduce a substantial part of the Service.

7.3.User-created integrations and automation remain the user's responsibility, including commands to real equipment and processing of third-party data.

8. Updates and compatibility

8.1.The Operator may change the interface, API, data formats and technical requirements. End of support for a documented version may be announced separately.

8.2.Users are responsible for compatibility of their software, equipment and integrations.

9. Liability

9.1.A breach may result in access restrictions and liability under the laws of the Russian Federation.
